As frequent visitors like Andrew Stephenson know, the city of Houston, Texas has a rich and storied history, one that can be traced all the way back to the late 1900s. The city finds its origins in the Port of Houston, or, more specifically, Allen’s Landing, which is considered by many to be the city’s birthplace. Allen’s Landing is located at the confluence of White Oak Bayou and Buffalo Bayou.
